We are able to deliver to pretty much all over the world. If you are ordering from the UK your goods should be with you within 2-3 working days. For those ordering from overseas, the price and speed of delivery will vary depending on your location. Your items should be with you within 10 working days.
1st Class - £3.75.
Usually 2-3 days (Not Guaranteed)
Next Day Special Delivery - £7.49
Subject to stock availability orders placed by 15:00 can be
dispatched for next day Special Delivery.(If items are not in stock a
message will be displayed when adding items to your basket.) (Excludes
Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holiday deliveries. Orders placed on Friday by 3pm
are guaranteed to arrive on Monday, orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are
guaranteed to arrive on Tuesday.
If you are not going to be at home please provide an alternative delivery address.
This will save you from having to collect your parcel from your local post office/courier.
Returns
Return Policy for broken or defective items:
If an item reaches you in less than satisfactory condition, please contact us or call us on 0845 460 8000 immediately. We reserve the right to determine whether a credit or replacement is due. (Faulty items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.)
Wrong Delivery Address Supplied By Customer:
It is company policy that the Hen-Den cannot be held responsible for wrong delivery due to incorrect and/or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
