The Hen-Den reserve the right to terminate an affiliate program at any time and forbids the use of it’s content or any reference to the Hen Den in spamming, illegal, racist or pornographic websites. The definition of spamming, pornographic, racist or illegal content is entirely at the discretion of the Hen Den 2. Content from the Hen Den may only be used as part of the affiliate program. 3. The Hen Den are happy for affiliate campaigns to be used in Mail shots as long this abides with point 1. 4. The Hen Den will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of files, and any results of \intents of harm\ to the program or our website. We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the affiliate program and/or products sold at this site. We make no claim that the operation of the affiliate program and our website will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors. 5. Commission will be paid on fulfilled orders only and will not be paid for any sales that are cancelled by the customer/refunded or credit card charge backs. 6. Commission will be paid based on the total sales value and excluded Postage & Packaging. 7. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.
